Process improvements and optimisations
We prioritise process optimisation and continuous improvement. In building a pharmaceutical plant, for example, we identify areas that need optimisation and we take immediate action to incorporate recommendations into the project. Because of this, our work is turned into operating profit for the plant even before it is up and running.
Control system
Design specifications and functional specifications lead to a control system which integrates requirements for plant performance, personnel management, operation hours and trouble-free maintenance with a necessary level of automation.
Plant validation
At Ramboll, we consider validation to be a natural extension of our engineering service. We perform plant validation, including design review, IQ and OQ protocols, test plans, and change control with complete document traceability and control.
Final testing
To ensure the successful start-up of each new plant, we carry out final testing and commissioning in professional collaboration with the customer’s engineers and personnel.
