We have built pipelines for the last 30 years. Generally, the most economical way to transport large quantities of oil or natural gas is over land. Pipelines are also an option under-sea, but these present considerable engineering challenges. We offer our customers a solid basis for decision making. Our services range from concept-stage feasibility studies of potential pipelines to engineering expertise in compressor and pumping stations for the operation phase. We also have the capacity to supplement technical work on pipelines with the necessary economic, institutional, and environmental assessments.
Important projects
Ramboll Oil and Gas has played a key role in notable projects such as the 1200 kilometre Ormen Lange gas pipeline. And we have designed about 80 percent of all pipelines in the Danish North Sea.
